National Police Rugby Tournament 2010
Naumai Mai, Haere Mai
Kia Ora and welcome to Tairawhiti, hosts of the National Police Rugby Tournament 2010.
Firstly the organisers would like to thank you for accepting the challenge in our Rugby Heartland and hope you enjoy the Rugby, local sights and our sunny disposition.
Bay of Plenty hosted the tournament for the previous two years and had outdone themselves on each occasion. They have set the standard. We are hoping to showcase our local cuisine, tradition and Rugby nous having gone all out to envelop you all into the Gisborne lifestyle. At the Tournaments end, we are convinced that your journey to the East Coast will not be your last.
Along with the traditional opposition in Auckland, Counties‐Manukau & Bay of Plenty the organisers have had promising dialogue with Teams from both Canterbury & Wellington who had all but confirmed their attendance. If you have any other Rugby contacts nationally please feel free to distribute. Click here for a copy of our poster (163 kB).
