2010 NZPA Skiing Championships

The 2010 New Zealand Police Association Skiing Championships are a low key event made to cater for all skiing abilities with the emphasis on socializing and having a good time. Snow Boarders are also more than welcome.

When:

Monday 30th August - Wednesday 1st September 2010

Where:

The Turoa Ski Field on Mt Ruapehu.  

Divisions:

There will be separate divisions for male and female in the following divisions:

1. Open Skier
2. Over 50's Skier
3. Novice Skier
4. Snowboard

Racing will be over a Slalom and Giant Slalom Course with the hope of being able to run a fun Skier / Boarder Cross event also.

Accommodation:

Budget accommodation is available at the Police Ski lodge in Raetihi, which will be subsidised for council of Sport Members.    If you are requiring accommodation please send either one of us a quick e-mail advising arrival and departure dates.
