- Play will commence at 8.30am each day
- 'Meet and Greet' at the Rotorua Police Station hot pool area commencing 1700 hours on Wednesday 25th March 2010
- Food and light refreshments will be available at the venue
- The organisers reserve the right to combine competitions if numbers dictate
- Competition open to all current and retired sworn and non sworn police staff
