Marlborough Police took part in Mahi for Mental Health at Blenheim F45, along with other F45 franchises all over the country.

The mission was to complete 605 kilometres combined on the ski and row ergs, which represents the 605 kiwis who took their life last year, and 3,500 burpees which represents the number of estimated suicide attempts.

All funds raised on the night went to the I Am Hope Foundation with $28,781 raised from this event nationwide.

The Police team contributed 78km in their hour time slot along with a big bunch of burpees. Police Sport provided the much-needed sustenance afterwards in the form of pizza.

Great work Team Marlborough!
