Police Sport (PS) is committed to actively encourage, promote and co-ordinate Police sport, games and recreation for all Police employees. To receive your funding for this event you must include a copy of the Health & Safety documents completed for your event including the “Event Acknowledgement” specific to the event. Copies of these forms can be sourced from the Police Sport website (below), your Sports Coordinator or the General Manager – Kerry Fenton There is also an information sheet to assist with completing your Hazard and Risk register.
